oil pump housing plug size to remove aftermarket oil cooler
Need to know the plug size on the oil pump housing which connects the pipes to an aftermarket oil cooler for my 1988 V8. Some type of UNF thread possibly?

Anyone have the plugs or can help me with the size would be a great help.

Also, I've added air con to the truck so the oil cooler can no longer fit in front of the radiator. If anyone has a suggestion where to find a good slimline vertical cooler that still may fit or possibly one I could put under the skid plate I would appreciate it.

here is a photo of the oil cooler I wish to remove - or replace if I can't find the plugs to remove.

Remove cooler and join pipes as a quick fix.
Engine cooling is done in the radiator on later vehicles.
Your cooler would be for the transmission - auto or manual.

Speak to Rovers North parts.
Think this is what you have
Part no. NRC8618 is your current fitting
