Well i think that looks quite encouraging really.
Clearly the "signature" areas of the design are those covered by the boxy add-on panels. So my guess is the bonnet tapers towards the grill, exposing relatively flat topped wings (more Defender), the roof climbs steeply from the windscreen up to above the b-pillar (even more Defender) and the panel above the door handles steps inwards below the side windows (very Defender). A relatively upright windscreen, if somewhat curved, and a very upright and flat rear door. Good to see it side hinged. However the wheel (or more significantly tyre) diameter looks rather smaller than a current Defender or the DC100, and the shape of the wheelarch flares looks a little too VW (read generic) for my liking. Never the less...... Lets give them the benefit of the doubt, and be pleased to see a sign the end (beginning) is near. 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show (September) maybe? 1998 Tdi 90 SW, 2008 Td4 90 SW, 2012 2.2 90 SW, 2" raised Trailmaster/Terrafirma Heavy Track Raids, 255 MTs, Recaro CSs, anorak, wellingtons |

As a Double Cab, it already has a quite unique and chunky appearance!

I like it.
The only problem i can see is its going to appeal to everyone so will depreciate like all the other landrover garb thats out there. They will be ten a penny in four years and be worth all |
