Or why reserve it to ISIS? Why not ‘so-called Facebook’ or ‘so-called Manchester United’. We might not like them nor agree with their policies, but their little club have called themselves ISIS/ISIL, there’s nothing so called about it.

By calling them the ' so called Islamic State ' you are not recognising their claim to be ' the Islamic State ' because such a place doesn't exist.

Their values towards life and living have nothing to do with Islam or it's people. They use the name ' Islamic State ' to define who they are, but it's utter Censored to use a historical religion as their means to spread their hatred against everyone ( including Muslims ) other than themselves.

^I tend to disagree, i've worked across the middle east and can confirm that the majority of muslims in those places sympathize with the daesh on some level, and most of the resistance to the daesh comes from either different sects or cultures.

Those leading the resistance are christian Lebanese, hezbollah (shia), Shia iraqi clans & tribes, Shia iran, and ethnic kurds ect.

Meanwhile Saudi arabia did Censored all in iraq, Syria? sure but they have selectively targeted ISIS allied groups and not isis itself. Meanwhile in iraq they were willing to let them go round killing everyone not sunni.

As a westerner i was even dragged to public displays like lashings and dismemberments

Its to grab your attention or clickbait, then you click on it, then have to click ten more times to see basic answers in which time you've seen about twenty adds and picked up a load of cookies.

I can't say i've seen one with any information in that i already didn't know..

Also i agree, its politics because "all Muslims aren't terrorists" which i agree with, but fun fact, 100% of ISIS members are muslim, so doesn't that make them islamic. its petty appeasement, if the muslims don't like it then why don't they do something about it?

I grew up in brentwood "oh shu' up". My mate was even hit by joey essex in his car, he ended up settling out of court and getting a fair bit of money out of it.

Most of the pricks on that show aren't even from essex, they're trust fund yuppies who happened to attend bentwood private.

When people used to say essex, people used to think of narcobarons, ross kemp, darts and snooker. Now they think of a bunch of rich tossers who can't even use common sense because they thought school was a popularity contest and not a place of education. I'm on IG: https://www.instagram.com/osloblue42/

Sorry Oslo Blue it wasn’t a dig at Essex people, it was a dig at unrecognisable celebrities.

My wife watches that Made in Chelsea thing on the telly. More of the same thing. I was going to say just richer, but what you have said, maybe not so?

How’s about Geordie Shore??

I’m not sure how I would feel if any of the above were my Children?

Funny thing is all these do gooders keep saying not all Muslims are terrorists - and maybe they aren't, BUT although visually Hindu's, Sikhs and the likes might appear the same but how often do you see them in the news carrying out all sorts of unsavoury acts from terrorism, grooming, stoning to name but a few.

it's about time the UK started capital punishment for the do gooders. they need to wake up and smell the coffee if it isn't too late already Evil or Very Mad. it would seem they're always intent on shifting blame onto the victims and giving excuses to the scum.......off with their heads.

The so called ISIS statement is because they do not deserve recognition as "they" their "group" is not Internationally legal and is a known terrorist organisation worldwide.

The "so called" suggestion is a quip, rightfully deserved by an illegal, evil section of terrorists that have no place in modern civilisation.
It has nothing to do with any religion, only hate and murder and they have and will achieve nothing.

On my grump....

People speeding on a 30 zone when I'm turning right out of a difficult junction, give way to both the left and right.
Both ways clear and you get to half way in the road and a car appears to the left doing about 45, so I'm stuck there a few seconds until they've gone past. Rolling Eyes
If they'd have been doing the speed limit max there is no way they would appear just like that, view is bad on that junction and I check many times before even proceeding.

Some people just never learn! $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R

Just been watching Last night at the Proms. Loads of "Prommers" waving EU flags during 'Rule Britannia', 'Land of Hope and Glory' etc. What's that all about.

Obviously there are exceptions but breakdowns after the vote showed that it was mainly Far Left and Right-wing, working class that voted for brexit while centrist, middle class generally voted remain.

My guess is the main demographic that voted remain is much the same that attends the prom.

Probably been bought in a sale. EU flags being flogged off cheap before next March.

It seems that Jake Humphrey (ex BBC F1 presenter and local to my neck of the woods celebrity) wants another vote because he isn't getting what he thought he was going to get when he voted to leave.

Why his opinion matters is beyond me, but our local rag, the Eastern Daily Press, seems to think that his opinion is important to all of us here in the east.

Delia Smith (bless her) has the same effect as does Caroline Flack who only has to cough (I was going to say something else, but decided, it is Sunday today) and we have to hear all about it. I believe she comes from round here as well - even if Delia does live in Suffolk. Luckily, neither of these people have given their opinion to the Eastern Daily Press on how they voted or whether they would like a second go which I respect.

The one Celebrity we do have, home grown to Norfolk, is Olivia Colman the actress - and no one round here seems to care? What an absolute national treasure Thumbs Up Mind you, she lives in London now possibly because she can't face the A11/M11.

^ not necessarily zed mate

I consult for Upmarket construction and specialist engineering, recently involved in townhouses with a £1.3m sale value (half of which were for social leases no offence, but what the Censored , who needs a £1.3m worth of house subsidised by the council?) anyway when we completed we did a demonstration, This is how you use this, this is how much work ect, for local residents.

Anyway someone spurs up with question of "how much?" and their jaws hit the floor, someone even shouted "are you ****ing serious?". One person accused it of being elitist and being built for people "like You, with money" (me), alright i'm well spoken but my family was so poor we never went on holiday, we were lucky for a day trip to a free museum. Even being a journeyman professional i still can't afford my own property (probably because i spend it all on Lucinda).

Anyway ran into one of the viewers a week after, she tells me she had her house valued at £1.2m, pretty standard house for the area, nothing in it though, driving round there all i See are "vote remain" or "vote labour". I don't think people really understand their net worth by assessing the value of their property. i Should say this area could be called deprived, low income and high crime.

i know for a fact that for people my age, say 18-25 year olds, it came down to this one main division. Did you go to university or did you go out and get a job or apprenticeship?

Those who worked almost always voted leave, and those that went uni almost always voted stay. It doesn't help that those who went uni get bleeding heart syndrome because they've got their head in the clouds and don't actually speak to someone that works for a living and get all offended.

After the vote i was intimidated by someone i went to school with because she got upset and didn't understand why someone young would "spite their own future" and that i was racist. That was pretty bad actually i think i might share the whole story with you guys, because i think that a major problem with politics these days is that people only socialise within their own groups so do not get exposed to others ideas so get extremely upset when someone doesn't agree with them. I'm on IG: https://www.instagram.com/osloblue42/

I have another theory, those that voted leave tend to red the tabloids and listen to social media and fell for the Censored .

Those that voted stay couldn't give a rats arse what happens.

Ever tried disagreeing with a self-labelled "liberal?" Shocked

Sweden, a more naturally socialist country than most is, apparently going to vote for more "far right" MP's according to the Beeb News tonight.

For BBC's "far right" read "not the leftist squirearchy" that assumes it has a right to rule.

As a clear demonstration of how catastrophically wrong the intellectual establishment have been in allowing the colonisation of Europe, Swedish voters going right-wing ought to make them sit up and listen.

But they won't. Evil or Very Mad

I have another-another theory.... those that "slate" those that voted leave just seem to spout rubbish like "leavers read the tabloids and listen to social media" Rolling Eyes
It's almost like because you didn't get the result you wanted you have to put everyone else down.
