As an aside, I visited our local Forestry Commission last weekend and to get in the car park it had to read your front plate rather than issuing a parking ticket....

Interesting. What would actually happen if you didn't have one, or had one which the device couldn't read? Does this mean that if you are in a classic car (black/silver or black/white plate) or you are in a foreign car you can't get in? Or on a motorcycle?

I had this at Bristol airport and the Celtic Manor hotel in South Wales , no number plate at front and ANPR cameras that only read the front, went in and only got charged minimum rate Laughing 2008 Santorini Black 110 XS USW (Sold)

Well you learn something new every day Likeomg and I have learnt something about numberplates from your thread Thumbs Up the plates in the link do look good, just a pity you can’t mix and match so it’s possible to have standard front shape in the small zero plate style combined with a square small rear plate but that’s not an option on their site Big Cry
But thanks for the link Thumbs Up 2015 HT XS 90

Ordered a pair of the 4 dot plates on Saturday and arrived Tuesday. Very well packaged, excellent quality plates, box included the plates, two positioning templates, wipes to clean the bumper, owner certificate of authenticity and a Declaration of legality. Thumbs Up

Very impressed with the quality and the service, yes they aren’t cheap but I was impressed and would recommend them.

The front plate went on the Defender and the rear plate on my trailer board.

That looks spot on Thumbs Up

I have a similar 111 plate so I may be tempted - and yes I've seen the price - but it is without doubt a quality product Thumbs Up

Options with the Zero style plate weren’t possible, so think you may have to compromise Thumbs Up 2015 HT XS 90

Well quickly bashed the front bumper on... still waiting on my sills back from powder coating but;

I haven't bought a 4 dot plate yet as its just a quick mock up... I was assured the bowler bumper would work with the A bar... I can confirm it doesn't Rolling Eyes

Likeomg - that looks great!

You've set a thought running for me now. I have an offset plate for the military bumper... I think I need one like yours now!
