Thanks to everyone for supporting today's event. You are the ones that make it worth while. Great to see familiar faces and to meet new ones. Thank you also to the MUD team for hosting. Money raised is going to Kev's chosen charity - we raised just over £230
I hope everyone has a safe journey home especially Clayton who made the trip from Devon Hopefully I'll get a venue sorted for Christmas event. |

Had a good run up in the v8.
Was great to meet up with everybody again. Thanks Jez for organising it and thanks Kev and Fay from MUD for hosting and laying on some scrumptious pie n peas. Was nice to meet Clayton who is a thoroughly nice guy, who travelled such a long distance, Kev rewarded him for doing so. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge |

The MUD team would like to thank everyone who took time out of their weekend to visit us on Sunday and for your generous donations to the Meningitis Now charity.
Thanks should also go to Gingez in his adopted role as the Defender2 Grand Wizard (Northern branch) for organising another successful gathering. Glad you liked the pies. It's leftovers for lunch here! Kev B |

Thanks to Gingez for organising it and thanks to Kev, Stuart and Faye for hosting it at Mud. Must admit the pie and peas were rather nice even if the mint sauce was missing!
Must admit I rather like Gingez new title as the Defender2 Grand Wizard (Northern branch). I understand that the Grand Wizard is already starting to plan the Christmas Dinner Meet for the Northern branch of Def 2. Good on you Grand Wizard Brendan |

Thanks as ever Grand Wizard for arranging it and for the Mud gang for everything (including the bargain "window blankets" as the other half calls them - she's from Hull, it's not her fault!).
Good pics too although looking at the table surrounded by everyone eating the simply gorgeous pie I see I am blurred from high speed movement, something I only do when eating or rushing towards the pie for seconds.
