Vesku, are your wolfs the raptor ones? Or from another source? How have they performed paint and balancing wise? Got black boosts with 265 at present and it's like turning a barge. Looking for some et 0 wolfs in black.

Another option is 4x4tyres who do the wolf style rims in ET0 for £60each inc vat delivered. I'm lead to believe back in stock in August. James

I did have a look at these. They may be the solution. I'll wait until they come into stock again. I would go genuine wolf but that still won't give me much of an improvement over the current boosts. At least the wolf styles would be a good improvement.

I have a vested interest as I have a set of genuine Wolfs for sale and also have a set on my 200tdi but in my opinion they offer a really good improvement over Boosts to turning circle with stops adjusted accordingly and don't throw too much mud up the side of the truck. Great compromise imho Rob

I did consider gen wolf but felt that a circa 13mm difference in offset would not offer up much improvement over the boost? Happy to be enlightened?? 👍

Sorry for the delay. These Raptor wheels have been superb. No problem with a balancing or paint. Last edited by Vesku on 11th Sep 2018 10:44am. Edited 1 time in total |

What are the G90's like to live with in terms of handling in dry/wet etc? Noisy? James

I have driven many miles in various terrains, variations in road surfaces and all sorts of weather with G90s and can’t really fault them, of course they don’t have the same grip in the wet as road biast ones but for an all round tyre I like them, road noise I didn’t find too bad but I think I’m a little deaf 90 wolf - Jasmin http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic39408.html
