To say its laughable?
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-south-east-wales-44780618 Make thousands and have to pay £1 for proceeds of crime? A joke is putting it mildly. Will not even pay the cost of the proceedings! Brendan |

Actually not as laughable as it sounds.
Whilst in my world they would be taken to the cleaners. They may have said that they have no money/assets......however at a later date when they come into money it means the courts have already set a precedent & they can immediately seize assets from them. I still think 5 mins with some thumb screws would have jogged their memories as to where they hid the loot. May your life be like toilet paper ; long & useful. |
