Euro short cylinder lock.
Have had to replace a short cylinder Euro lock.

Have just found out the hard way that the key extraction point/cam actuator point differs.

Key extraction on original lock has the cam actuator at 12 o'clock.

New key extraction point has the cam actuator at 9 o'clock.

Is there a simple way of altering the cam actuator on the spindle?

Or is it a case of a new lock with cam actuator in correct position?
