Mannol 20 Litre 5w30 ZETEC Semi Synthetic
I run the above, right grade, recommended for TD5 by a few people, and £50 for a 20L drum. Still have a bit of an oil leak, but it's always done that... |

I have run Smith and Allen 5w30 fully synthetic oil for the last 4 years and it seems fine. No new leaks, just the usual land rover/td5 leaks

Cheers chaps, My leaks are mainly front cam seal and rear rocker half moon. 1999 Defender TD5 110

I run 5w30 fully synthetic, the rocker cover half moon and front cam seals are prone to leaking whatever oil you have in!
