Can 285/75R16 be fitted with standard suspension? - thinking of getting a set of the new KM3 fitted on Dotz Dakar ET8

I run sawtooth’s with 285/75’s and 30mm spacers - Driving daily it fine however I need new door seals at the rear as a bit of water is getting in the wet on the motorway. Hopefully taking it off road soon can report back on that aspect Thumbs Up
