Is there no trim up to the top door hinges also, where more wires hang out?

No, you don't get plastic, leather or faux fur trim there chum. Steve.

The trim comes down about one third of the post and then stops, the rest is bare with the two holes clearly visable. One for door bolts and the other is full of wiring. 130 crew cab

Why would you like to have a trim there? BY the way, what sort of viscosity is the Dinitrol/Waxoyl at room temp? Puma 110" SW

Well it would have been nice to have a slice of plastic covering the wires poking out all over the shop. They're not going to last 5 minutes with my boy around
![]() ![]() Dinitrol and Waxoyl sprays and spreads everywhere MK - thats the point really ![]() |

Simple answer is to teach the boy to behave. Neither of my two have ever yanked wires or fittings out of any vehicle of mine. Steve.

Zagato, after reading several of your comments, you should change your defender for one of these.

The gaping hole with the wires coming out caught me out at first as well.
![]() I momentarily thought that something fell off, then I remembered it is a Defender, it was probably meant to look like that. ![]() |
