Mine doesn't have the covers either, but the wiring was done a bit more neatly than yours. 2011 110 USW

I was just thinking the same thing, so saved me asking, handy for getting some wax in though.

Best place is via the rubber bung / grommet at the pillar base closure underneath the vehicle. Steve. Owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades. Good point as I guess it's the bottom that needs it more than the top part (must remember to mask off the holes inside so I don't fill the inside of the car as well!) I'm surprised that someone hasn't come up with a nice plastic moulding to cover the holes but probably the wiring going through would make that a bit tricky, nice to be able to see how its put together though. I'm sure somebody will be along to offer a hugely expensive stainless steel one anytime soon

I'm guessing this is a 110 only issue as never spotted that on my 90.
But then I've seen the tyre pressure decal either so I could have had my eyes closed for 4 years ![]() 2002 - Black Discovery II - Gone 2014 - Montalcino Red 110 XS SW |
