Is it only the delay that is not working? it's a Landrover thing...

Relay was what I was thinking. Not sure if the Puma has adjustable delay intervals, or if it's like every other Defender and has only 1 delay speed that never seems to be the right one. If that's so, you could get a VW type 99 relay, which would allow you to set your own relay interval time.

Puma Defenders are like every other Defender with only a single speed intermittent setting. However, the VW '99' variable speed relay is indeed a plug and play upgrade:

I also bought one of these from the same ebay seller. Have sent back for refund. Bought one of these instead: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AUDI-VW-SEAT-SK...:rk:1:pf:0
Took about a week to arrive but works as expected. |

Switch on delay wipe and switch off again. Wait the desired delay you want then switch on again. Voila!

Flick on 'intermittent' and then off again before it completes it's sweep.
Wait until the screen reaches your 'wet' threshold and then turn on 'intermittent' again. The relay will remember the time between the two operations and repeat until stopped or changed.
