Not today but the Saturday just gone ............... Our little groups green laning day, we were doing the normal run from Braunton to South Molton but starting at South Molton so first of all we get there a bit earlier than normal, then we all park up and go and have a good breakfast from the burger bar, best one about, just outside Mole Valley Farmers ....................... Click image to enlarge This is us having a chat about the tricky way down the lane as it has changed a lot after the last time we did it .............. Click image to enlarge This lane is steeper than it looks and got rock seems on and can be slippery, it's called Bray Steps ................................... Click image to enlarge The first 2 90's went up ok then the white 90 could not make it after many go's so the winch came out, he had done this lane many times before ............................. Click image to enlarge The next pic is of all of us at the top, yes Millie made it up with no assistance ............................... Click image to enlarge This pic is showing the look down to the bottom ................................... Click image to enlarge We had a good run to this lane and you can see we had to make some slight ramps out of stones and on these 2 big jump up's, we had to use the waffle boards ............................ Click image to enlarge we all made it up ........................ Click image to enlarge Then it was time for lunch, we stop here as it is nice and shady and a quiet part of the lane ................ Click image to enlarge The next pic is on the same lane and normally no problems, the first 2 90's just made it up .................. Click image to enlarge The white 90 again could not get up, same as before, he has done it in the past, so out comes the winch again .............. Click image to enlarge Yes Millie made it up again The next 2 pic's are on the last lane of the day, we are saying our good bye's as there is no wear at the end of the lane to stop ................................. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge The last pic is off Millie's " battle scar " we all got one in the same place, but mine was the worse i did have some other damage but i could not get any pic's as i had to do a quick temporary fix, but i will update it in Millie's thread but i can say we all had an awesome day out ...................................
