Hi guys i was thinking those are just 17 inch modulars banded to give deep dish effect,just spoke with a guy that does banding and can band for 50 a rim ,then blast and paint to your choice,

2007 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Tonga Green

These look just the perfect to me. I see 4x4tyres now sell 17x9 steel modular with ET-25 offset. no need for spacers but wonder if these would give the same stance as in the OP's photos?
