285/75/16 on - 25 offset
Will 285/75/16 toyo at2 on 16x8 rims with - 25mm offset fit onto a standard 2010 puma defender? Will they rub, will such a large offset cause any issues? If not what needs to be done to make them fit?

Not sure if this is helpful or not... hopefully so.

We have ET20 rims (Terrafirma TF100's) fitted with 285/75 R16 BFG KM2's, fitted to both puma 130DC and a 110 USW and there is no rubbing on full articulation with the exception of very very slight touch on the rear of the rear arch, but not in all conditions its more if there is mud on the tyre it will touch the inside of the wheel arch.

With an ET25 you're pushing that another 5mm... can't see it would make a big difference to be honest, and you'll probably get some of that additional 5mm back again by them being AT's instead of our MT's.

Be careful with your offset calculations.

ET20 rims (+20mm offset) will move the tyres inboard. A -25mm offset as quoted by the OP will move the tyres 45mm further outboard than an ET20 rim.

I think it is likely that this will cause both clearance and handling issues.

Also contemplating the same size wheels and tyres on my 2007 Puma. Would be great to see, If anyone has, some pictures of how far this combo sticks out from against standard wheel arches.

This was mine on et0.

et-25 will mean they will stick out 25mm further than these and would really need wider arches as mine were just covered.
