More importantly, what is the maximum waist size for being able to comfortably fit in the drivers seat of a Defender?

I am 6' and 14 stone, so 2" shorter and same weight. However my last check my % fat was 18%, and waist of 33 inch (well under 99cm)... I race mountain bikes and road bikes, hillwalk a lot, and gym 2-3 times/week. Last personal MOT check I had a heart and metrics (i.e. biological age) of a 32-year-old, despite being 20 years older! Not sure BMI is accurate at all. Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's) |

Jasper Carrott always had good health advice.
He read a ROSPA report that said you are twice as likely to be involved in a road traffic accident within 3 miles of you own home. "I'm bloody moving!" he said. |
