Park switch?
My wipers never do intermittent, and I know my park switch is dead (as they don't park, they just stop) |

My park switch is working, I have not yet replaced the column switch as I was hoping to someone else would say they tried that first.
Mine would sometimes go on intermittent for a while then would just go normal speed, up until a few months ago. Now it is normal speed all the time. I suspect the issue could be corroded wires somewhere behind the dash, possibly the earthing on the relay, or the relay being bypassed altogether. |

I’d get the switch out and put a multimeter on it - see if something’s shorting or not switching properly first.
Hopefully it’s your relay, then you can use it as an excuse to put a programmable variable intermittent one in. Best of luck! |
