Hi I have just about saved up for tyres and spacers for my SVX (90 Soft top). I was going with 265's but the debate to put 285's on was going on in the back of my head. Now I have seen your car its re-opened the debate cos that looks awesome. How dodgy do we think this is from a safety and legality point of view and how wide are the SVX alloys because I measure the outside and they are (Roughly) 8.5" on the outside but im not sire what this translates to on the inside where the bead location points are. Oh and BTW nice truck.

I dont know if you mean my truck or mao9999īs soft top, as he has more pictures in my tread than I have (errhm!!). If youre talking about my truck and my opinion, Im thinking that you should by all means not go for anything smaller than 285/75īs. These will (in my experiance) not rub anywhere, fits perfectly in the wheel arch, and are within (or very close to) the legal limits, at least in Norway. (wheel diameter must not be changed more than 10% ). That being said, this truck is now sold and I got an other puma, this time I would not consider anything less than 35". Some pictures that shows more of the wheels, from the sweden offroad adventure ( check out www.soa4x4.se for a real swedish adventure ) Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Have a nice day! Yea I meant your truck and I think the extra picks have made my mind up. The tyres look lovely on the standard SVX alloys. `i cant remember but did you mention if you are running spacers? if so what size?
