It's always cars like that that end up in that situation, small old ones.
Now you know why I don't get out in the snow much - hope the insurance stuff sorts out okay. No Guts, No Glory. š¬š§š“ó §ó ¢ó „ó ®ó §ó æš“ó §ó ¢ó ·ó ¬ó ³ó æš“ó §ó ¢ó ³ó £ó “ó æš®šŖšŗšøā½ļøš¢ļøāļøš§°šŖ |

I think you have stumbled upon his design secret - each winter he leaves a defender somewhere high in the peak district and after each storm he visits it and takes photos, picks the best and tells his staff that's what he wants to unveil at geneva the following Spring.

Thornton Breakers for a good price if there is a flawless one around, then paint. No Guts, No Glory.

A main dealer is the obvious answer, but they are expensive. You will unfortunately need all three panels as well, looking at the damage (top panel, headlamp panel, side panel).
They come up from time to time on eBay but the nearside front wing is the hardest to find as it is the most often damaged. Expect to pay Ā£300 to Ā£500 for an undamaged second-hand Td5/Puma wing assembly. Pattern parts will be cheaper but may not fit so well. |

Supacat not tempting fate when Iām lucky to have such a great main dealer 25 years worth of being a customer, buying from them, Defenders serviced by them, yes some will say main dealers are expensive however they have always looked after me with any warranty issues I have ever on all my Defenders and none have ever been turned down :
Think Wyvern and I can count ourselves lucky reading about problems others have with main dealers. 2015 HT XS 90 2008 SVX 90 2000 XS TD5 90 |

I'm genuinely envious of that - perhaps it is your location? Around my area, the main dealer staff seem to move not just between locations but marques as well. It's difficult to build any relationship with new people each visit.

Had to make a trip out yesterday, so had a trip over the Saddleworth Moors.
The snow and driving wind up there was good fun, pretty deep in parts. Seemed like I was driving into a wilderness at times. Helped push a rather optimistic Audi out of a pickle too! Click image to enlarge |
