Annoyingly actually the white lettering is on the outside on these tyres it's just a bit faded thankfully because I hate white lettering.
I have kept an eye out for another white wolf but I realised to get a matching spare I would also need to get a spare wheel carrier because those wolfs are flippin heavy and I don't think that door would last very long! So today I went from this:
Click image to enlarge To this: Click image to enlarge Very nervously cut the hole using a hacksaw blade and some files after marking it out roughly. Click image to enlarge Very pleased with the result looks so much tidier than the manky original lenses. The steering column stalks I bought off Barneyboy on here arrived so after a lengthy fight with the steering wheel, the stalks themselves were very straight forward to swap over. Frustratingly the new stalks didn't fix my problem (still no horn or flash) so I then realised I hadn't checked the fuses, turned out to simply be a blown fuse.... Anyway now have the old stalks as spares. Also replaced some rusty screws with nice shiny stainless ones Click image to enlarge A good afternoon of tinkering Matt. Nice bit of tinkering there would agree with you about getting very nervous when you have to cut holes out or make them bigger, don't know how many times i measured before the hole was cut out when i put my side lockers in 1996 Golf Blue 300Tdi 110 Pick up.
