Easy enough to make one, I would have thought. Quite a clever idea, I suppose.

Just buy direct, be prepared for customs fees and VAT@ 20% (All pretty normal, nothing stupid). On arrival here.
And then you have your item, might have to wait a few weeks but I doubt you are in a hurry. I've bought direct from the USA many many times, using the VAT and Customs fees billed on arrival. And the new eBay GSP on some items, all good. ![]() ⛽️🛢️⚙️🧰💪 |

I could make one but it would just be another thing to add to the ever growing list of projects! The price is reasonable so not worth the time.
If there are no UK equivalents looks like I will order from USA! I am in the process of converting my log splitter from electric to trailer mounted petrol so perhaps better to find a log holder solution that can be mounted to the trailer |

That looks a bit gimmicky to me and probably quite a faff. I reckon for small amounts it would likely be quicker to cut on the ground/pile and for larger a saw horse/bench is very effective. If you haven’t already, check out some of the ideas on arbtalk. There are some really good solutions for different size logs/loads. Off the shelf, custom orders as well as home built.

Yeah, it's more about keeping the chain out of the ground and dulling it

Yep that's fine on bigger stuff but it's a pain on small diameter. Thought this holder looked handy...

Think this company maybe able to help.
I remember a similar tool advertised by a dealer with this company's 'Saw Mate' chainsaw holder. https://www.tcfengineering.co.uk/ |
