As a start http://www.paddockspares.com/downloads/STC8156AAPY_vr1.pdf
It is an easy task that can be done with minimal tools. Biggest hints I can give you is;
and when you come to tighten up the chassis mounting bolts you should do up each side incrementally (ie. not one side to torque then the other) Grease everything take your time Poly Kit http://www.paddockspares.com/stc8156aapy-a...ushes.html Rubber Kit http://www.paddockspares.com/stc8156aa-ant...ushes.html Last edited by geobloke on 15th Jan 2018 6:32pm. All mounting holes are there you just need the brackets front and rear and roll bars
Tip Make sure you clean front axle mounts inside the holes or drop links won’t go through Did it on my td5 and made a world of difference about an hours job each end 2008 110 2.4 XS Utility (Hagrid) 2002 90 TD5 Hardtop (Sully) Sold 1998 300TDi D1 (Billy) Sold |

Good tip. I had forgotten that the axle mounts needed de-burring a bit before the ball joint would fit properly. Nothing major just a quick go round with a file.

Yip, pretty basic.
About all I can think of is perhaps image search some examples to reference so you don't install them 'inverted'. Maybe the instructions linked above cover that Solved the bowel problem, working on the consonants... |

A very worthwhile upgrade and not difficult, it should be easy to see what goes where when you have all the parts

My 110 was ARB-less too, the difference was superb with them fitted. Have since upgraded the rear to the X-eng Deflex ARB which is the next level up and i love that it can be disengaged. Wish the front could be too.
FYI those with a roll cage, the Defelx is a GREAT addition... should be high up on the list of mods, especially if you have a roof rack and drawer system in the back... ...AgentMulder... |

One bit of advice if fitting the Britpart kit, the brackets in the kit that mount the rear ARB and bush to the chassis are for pre Td5 90's you will have to order 2 of the correct mounts and bushes.
I know as I fitted a kit to my sister's 90 and had to order them, other than that a good quality kit. This does not effect 110's Cheers Will 2005 90 XS 1954 86'' Series 1 tilt 1968 88” 2A 200tdi 2002 110 Hardtop |

I fitted the Britpart kit to my 110 TD5 and the rear ARB was a poor fit, it touched the fuel tank cover plate.
I bought an OE rear ARB and that fitted fine. |

I swapped the anti-roll bars directly over from a Discovery 1 I was breaking. Fitted no issue. Cheap way of doing it??
