Not today but yesterday Our little group ( N D G L ) met up for our day of green lanning and we were doing the one called " the Dartmoor route " which yes as we finish the route up on dartmoor not to far from Haytor As you can see in the first pic there is only tree landys Lee who owns the series 3 had not finished the work on it so he came in the dark blue 90 and the white 90 was missing as on the way to the meeting place he had a problem, which turned out to be the alternator so he had to turn back towards home he said that if he gets it fixed in time he might join us later on, but as it's one of the furthest ones from Barnstaple area, it was pretty sure that we would not see him again that day ....... Click image to enlarge We set of and did the lanes as normal, the only thing different this time was that we had, had a frost and the weather was cold and misty, ooooooo forgot to say, plenty off puddles We stopped off at our lunch stop as normal, Fingle bridge ............................. Click image to enlarge Yes the white 90 appeared after a phone call to ask where we were all to, so all fixed and joining us for lunch We finished up and then started of again, then on the second or third lane we came across this obstacle ................ Click image to enlarge So time to get the saw out and get the small trees out the way so we could carry on As there was 2 in the dark blue 90 they elected themselves to go last to do the gates and give me a break from them which i duly excepted .................................................. Click image to enlarge The last pic is at the end of the final lane, so as we normally stop and discuss the days events and then say our goodbyes until the next time we meet .............................................................. Land Rover didn't like the wording so it was changed and the three prototype badges were well went back to the consultant. Hand made in the Jewellery quarter in Birmingham .

RR classic - fitted with 200Tdi 1984 RR classic - V8 with ZF auto box 1993 Discovery 300Tdi not to mention the minis and the Type 2 VW camper...
