I am in the same situation whith a standard bumper in a desparate need for repainting or replacement. Currently I am thinking about ordering this one.
https://www.allisport.com/shop/performance...per-black/ Anyone here with experience and pictures of this one fitted? Kind regards/Hans |

Sorry but not a black one. I think the Bowler looks better in the light colour because you can see the small details better but not suitable for a black truck. My plate is set back as far as it will go but still vertical.

^ Ian I have thought about this, buying the lights and cutting some holes...
The urban Truck bumper was around £300 but similar now seem to be half that already done? So doesn't seem too bad. I like that |

Who supplied your double DRL bumper Ian? I’m looking into a bumper like yours but with one pair of DRL’s and a pair of fog lights - the peeps I’ve been in touch with thus far say the fogs might shine too high though. |

What are your actual requirements for a bumper?
Winch bumper or discrete winch bumper? How important is approach angle? Lights build into bumper or mounted on top of the bumper? Please note some companies offer 4 DRL's built into them. Slight snag there is that you are only allowed 2 DRL's on a vehicle Recovery eyes built into the bumper? I've fitted a civilian version of the military bumper with a central towing pin. I'm not sure how well it would work with an aircon grill, though.

Maximum legal height for front fog lights is 1.2m With halogen bulb fog light they were often mounted below bumpers which is not good news for a 4x4 Halogen bulbs tend to have diffuse beam patterns whereas LED lights have more defined light patterns. Have Nolden 70mm fog lights mounted in some of our bumpers with no issue. Brendan |

Click image to enlarge If fitting a new bumper fit a solid one never mind these fancy ones with holes and DRLs in it needs to be useful not just to look at Just my opinion though |
