I like that a lot, like mine.

I'd be a bit concerned the plate is obscured though. No MOT issues?
If it was me and to avoid any airflow restriction I'd consider rack mounting, even if spots are slightly moved to each side.

Thumbs Up Very Happy

It is unlikely that there'll be any airflow issues, certainly not in the UK. I have my front plate on the grille and have never had any problems, however the fact that the A-bar is in front of the plate definitely makes that illegal. Never mind MOT issues, the driver risks getting a pull and a fine for that. On the other hand, you'd have to encounter a Policeman or VOSA official who actually cares and can be bothered to do something, and, judging by the number of vehicles you see with missing, obscured, or illegal number plates, that seems unlikely.

Thanks Steve

No cooling issues. Setup has been on the vehicle for the past 6 years. Different MOT stations all passed. One did comment but no advisory issued. Plate can be seen but is obscured from some angles, agreed not legal but never been pulled or adverse comments from old Bill. Have put a 'repeater' plate on the roof as a token Whistle

Had the truck 11 years and is just about to undergo a mini refurb which I might cover in a separate thread. 2007 TD5 90 Hard Top

Stacey - nice bumper, looks good.

#Tolley - Bumper is excellent quality. Been installed for the past 6 years maybe 7. Powder coating still in perfect condition.

Only issue now is the intercooler. Winch sits snug through the grill as I wanted a bumper that did not overhang the front to much. Would like to install an Allisport uprated larger intercooler but don't think it will fit behind the winch. May have to look at going down the charge cooler route.

When fitting a new bumper consider what affect it is going to have on other upgrades you might want to do in the future. 2007 TD5 90 Hard Top

Consider where you will put your number plate. Darren

^^ Blanchard's is a great place, just up the road from me and there must be nearly a hundred wolfs there waiting to be restored. Helpful, knowledgeable people, it's the place I got my military bumper from Thumbs Up Matt.

Just seen this on my Instagram feed by Uproar 4x4, thought it might be of interest to people looking for a neat lightbar mount
