Not today, but yesterday, I celebrated 3 years of ownership and the end of my warranty by ringing the dealer to ask when I'll be getting it back (they've had it since the 8th Dec).
They said they'd ring me back. And I'm still waiting now 2007 - Stornoway Grey 90 XS SW - Gone 2002 - Black Discovery II - Gone 2014 - Montalcino Red 110 XS SW |

Fitted my Slick Shift today. Quick and easy job but old gasket did take some cleaning. As many people have already said it has made a huge difference when combined with adjustments to the bias springs. Opted for a new turret as well as mine was quite worn.
Soooo nice to drive now 😀 |

Today I washed the 110 after having a wee 1500 mile drive over the festive period up to scotland when heathrow canceled my normal flight to aberdeen on a Sunday with the next available being on the Tuesday... then back again this week after I got back from work,
The weather was sleet and snow with a large amount of salt on the roads and numerous HGV’s making lots of spray for the overnight drive north. it was a better drive home this week but still a lot of rain and salt spray, that needed me to use 10 lts of screen wash for the up and down drive ! I arrived home on friday and that evening we got a 4x4 response request to help search for a missing chap on Dartmoor ... so the 110 was well dirty !! So now its a tad cleaner after all the road salt and mud off the moors !
