The local council piled up last week's snow into heaps all round the town parking lot. Today they were still there, with everyone and his dog out Christmas shopping. These are now "landrover reserved" parking bays.

what a nightmare for your eldest daughter, I now how she feels. I hit a post after owning the car only 3 weeks Also spending a £1500 on sorting out my engine on my rover metro vvc, only for the thing to jump into gear on me hitting a wall , ( selector was half and half by the looks of it. I had the car running only mins before hand too). Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back Success is 90% Inspiration and 4 minutes Preparation # you can make it! |

fitted my front anti roll bar today and gave my heater control and demister selector a spray down, and adjusted the steering box yesterday, no more woolly steering and arse clenching when changing lanes for procta. I tell you lads, it can get quite hairy at 60 mpg when you changing lanes when I finished work on Wednesday the defender got well unsettled when I changed lanes. The car behind me backed right off! On the subject of cleaning, I thought I would give the white roof of the 90 a clean, not done it since I bought it. It actually wasn't that bad but 20 mins with some polish brought it back to sparkling condition

The annual ritual. Always a struggle to get these things off again.
But not really complaining about this once a year 40 CHF tax compared with the toll each time you hit french payages. Eric Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation. http://youtu.be/yVRlSsJwD0o https://youtu.be/vmPr3oTHndg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GtzTT9Pdl0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABqKPz28e6A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLZ49Jce_n0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvAsz_ilQYU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8tMHiX9lSw https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dxwjPuHIV7I https://vimeo.com/201482507 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSixqL0iyHw |
