Finally got round to buying a matching BFG KM2 Mud Terrain to replace the old Michelin all terrain.
But the original dealers soft vinyl wheel cover doesnโt fit over the bigger tread and Iโve torn it trying to stretch it on. Does this genuine wheel cover fit over the mud terrains tread?[/url] |

IIRC that wheel cover was designed to fit over a 7.50 tyre, so it is unlikely to fit over a 235/85/16, especially if it is an MT (deeper tread) or other bigger sizes. |

Use cling film on the tyre to start with makes wheel cover slide on |

I've got one on 265/75R16 BFG ATs, can't see the narrower tyre being an issue. Also they've been on sale all through the period that Defenders came from the factory on 235/85R16 anyway. 1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top
