It's your choice but the 265x65R18 is the normal choice, giving a similar diameter to standard.

The 265/60R18 are about an inch 'lower' overall (31.5 inches for the /65 30.5 inches for the /60)

I think they're very similar rolling radius as 235/85r16 and 265/75r16 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon
