2014 Defender 2.2 xs utility Split charge system
[img]I Used to have a Defender Td5 2001 I fit a split charge system to charge up my leisure battery when caravanning. I fit a Durite split charge relay.
The question is Will this system work on my 2014 2.2 motor? I have read somewhere that modern motors have a system where they know when the main battery is charged and reduce the voltage supply. If this is the case the Durite split charge relay will stop when the voltage drops below 13.2 volts so will not charge my leisure battery.

thanks[/img]
