You could go via east side and stop here http://www.los-rubiales.com/ Great place and mellie would be more than happy to accommodate landy people👍 Plenty of mountain tracks to follow and remote and peaceful with the beautiful town of Huercal overa only ten minutes away ...... Have fun be happy |

Thanks Tompoole, looks lovely. Unfortunately it's bit further south than I wanted. Looking for something 4 or 5 hours from San Sebastián. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

Did the same route three years ago. Drove via Pamplona (brief stop) to Toledo, which is a beautiful route (when you take A or B roads). Stopover in Toledo. From there to the Sierra Nevada (stopover in Grenada or in one of the surrounding mountain villages near the Sierra).
