Looking for recommended supplier - I need a new one!

Thanks in advance!

Just talk nicely to your local main dealer's parts department. The price difference between the aftermarket suppliers and genuine LR isn't massive, so the dealer will probably meet you half way with the difference. From the dealer you get two years warranty on it, next day (possibly same day) delivery with no postage charges and easy returns if it goes wrong. Wink

nb. It's actually LR006650 not LRO

Interesting - I did not look before...

wide range of prices.

The EGR seems to fit other vehicles too? Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's)

Certainly is a wide range of prices which is why i asked the question! I am always normally a genuine parts person however even these vary widely!

Discounting remaps, EGR blanking etc etc etc etc I am even happy to pay more for a genuine part knowing that at some point in the nearish future it will destroy itself again!

This will be the 2nd replacement but as an aside i did have some partial success / delay in replacement (2.5k miles through the Alps!) by removing and cleaning the current EGR.

i am also adamant that super diesel has a positive effect in combination with a good clear out on the motorway every once in while and a diesel additive.
