Silicon Intercooler Hoses clamp size
Ive just bought some new intercooler silicon hoses for my Puma.
While I'm waiting for them to be delivered I want to order some new hose clamps ready for the job.
Can anyone tell me what sizes I need to buy please?

I used 2 of these and 2 of the "normal" clamps of similar size for the BAS IC hoses.

Thanks Sadi

Maybe a stupid question, but are you saying they all that size?

I didn't measure them - BAS also supplied some normal clamps - the "geared" ones.

Took all the silicone hoses to a hydraulic shop and they suggested the size as per photo.

The normal clamps are actually easier to use in a tight spot - as the Uniclamps may "disassemble" whilst manouvering - and to assemble can be difficult.

I bought 4 of the Uniclamps as per the photo - but only used 2:

Thus used the Uniclamps on the turbo side and the side nearest to the inlet manifold.

On the inlet manifold side - the Uniclamp seemed to be slightly too big - but I spaced it out with a few washers and also locked it with an extra Nyloc nut.

And the "normal" clamps on the intercooler inlet- and outlet sides themselves.

The intercooler outlet to inlet manifold side - for some reason was the most difficult to slip the silicone hose over.

In case someone searches for this in future I can confirm that I purchased 4 of the same size 59 - 63mm and they fitted fine.
