Click image to enlarge I used 2 of these and 2 of the "normal" clamps of similar size for the BAS IC hoses. |

Thanks Sadi
Maybe a stupid question, but are you saying they all that size? Ta |

I didn't measure them - BAS also supplied some normal clamps - the "geared" ones.
Took all the silicone hoses to a hydraulic shop and they suggested the size as per photo. The normal clamps are actually easier to use in a tight spot - as the Uniclamps may "disassemble" whilst manouvering - and to assemble can be difficult. I bought 4 of the Uniclamps as per the photo - but only used 2: Thus used the Uniclamps on the turbo side and the side nearest to the inlet manifold. On the inlet manifold side - the Uniclamp seemed to be slightly too big - but I spaced it out with a few washers and also locked it with an extra Nyloc nut. And the "normal" clamps on the intercooler inlet- and outlet sides themselves. The intercooler outlet to inlet manifold side - for some reason was the most difficult to slip the silicone hose over. |

In case someone searches for this in future I can confirm that I purchased 4 of the same size 59 - 63mm and they fitted fine. |
