Picked it up from the dealer after service, first M.O.T and warranty issues. Obviously I must be a liar cuz' three warranty issues are still outstanding.

Willy - did you take it to Land Rover for the bodywork? Went to see a bloke in York about paintwork on mine, but still seeking some second opinions from elsewhere. Cheers.

Picked up our 3 Tonne dumper to deliver to a job in the depth of the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park in the Trossachs.

The weather was pretty miserable with heavy rain and eventually snow at the top of the forest. The car towed perfectly in the weather and pulled well up the Duke's Pass, albeit in 2nd gear at the steep bits. Then a nice 10 mile drive into the forest and back out with some great scenery.

Can't wait until they are finished with it and I need to go back and get it. Very Happy

Drove mine to Great Tew in Oxfordshire (Saturday) and Silverstone (Yesterday) to use up my offroading vouchers that I got last year for the 19th anniversary of my 21st birthday.

I'm an offroading virgin, so welcomed the opportunity to have a go under instruction/supervision and most importantly, in somebody elses motor Thumbs Up

Great Tew (D1's) was a full day (probably about 60-70 mins driving time, rest spent as passenger) and Silverstone (90's) was just an hour at the venue for about 20mins of driving time.

Totally different experiences, Great Tew was a tight course in woodland with little transition time, requiring far more concentration, whereas Silverstone was far more open and plenty of time between obstacles. That said though, both were great fun in their own way Thumbs Up

Have come away with a better understanding of the capabilities (or not!) of both myself and the Landies.

No piccy's of Great Tew but a few of Silverstone at www.flickr.com/photos/jonswatton (taken by missus so apols in advance) Jon - 110 td5 [sold]. Currently Defenderless.

Gave the inside a bit of a dusting, which usually happens once a year, but this time in coincides with some filming for Countryfile.
