I've recently missed out on two Hannibal racks partly because one was bare aluminium and the other was badly flaked and needing respraying. So will be watching with interest. James

Not just me that's anal then
However, just read that Patriot offer a lifetime warranty even if sold on second hand (amazing) - but only to modifications and/or repairs authorised or carried out by themselves... TD5 Defender 90 Discovery 3 HSE |

You could possibly send/take it back to them to have it re-anodised in black?
However when i attempted to contact them earlier in the year regarding buying some of their black anodised wing chequer plate i didn't receive a response to any of my emails. So i tried phoning them, it just went to answer phone. So i gave up and bought elsewhere. |

I've found Patriot to be very responsive to email contact - and also extremely helpful. Try paul@patriotproducts.co.uk - he often replies to messages sent to sales@patriotproducts.co.uk
