Newer 90s will be more balanced than older ones as with the Td5 came a centrally mounted fuel tank. As opposed to tdi and older which have fuel tanks under the O/S seat box.
That said I think that newer defenders still have handed springs My lowering springs are handed 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon 1990 Vogue SE Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 Td5 90 Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic50767.html Tdi 110 Thread https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic69562.html RRC Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic54492.html Instagram http://www.instagram.com/george_grafton |

When I researched the details of the Alive springs that gave to me with the defender when I got it, I discovered they are not handed for puma engine but are for before this. I can recommend the Alive srings.

Thanks ProloForet.. I read your posts and review on the springs. The only thing that puts me off the Alive ones is the price, £400 with Vat and delivery... Although they are still on my list as they get good reviews. 1993 200Tdi Defender 90
