Hi.
Yes I have fitted one of these. It was a good few hours work but the results were worth it. *It is much easier to do with the roof removed. * There is a fair amount of mess made so a workshop vacuum cleaner is handy. *A angle grinder with a few 1.0mm 'Plasma' blades makes for easy cutting *then using a carbide 'Flappy wheel' takes off the sharp edges. *Measure thrice cut / drill once. *Lr build tolerance means the bar is a easier fit if you engage all the bolts first then progressive tighten them down. After the bar creates a better seat position if you are of that tall persuasion and IMHO the cabin felt much more spacious and reaching stuff in the back was fair easier. |

My Puma has this from the factory. Did all Pumas have it or was it an optional extra?

I'm about to do this job this weekend and was wondering whether a reciprocating saw would do the job as opposed to a grinder as I think it would be less messy! 1995 300TDi Hardtop Nato Green
