(Shuttle valve switch) and electrical malfunction fault codes (4016 / 114 / 134) are often found when scanning with diagnostics.

It changed to a Bosch unit at that time, integral electronics so very different from the Wabco unit fitted up to then.

Had the same issues with my 07 truck , once they came on I could clear the fault code then they would return immediately.

I replaced the shuttle switch it made no difference. Took it to a guy I know who is a " real" mechanic and he said he would take it apart to have a look before I go and buy a new one .
My problem was the small bearing on the bottom of the pump motor was seized as it had been sat in rusty water .
The bearing was matched up at a local supplier for £1.50 , and all put back together (not quite as simple as that ) and it worked better than ever before. That was 2 years ago and 25,000 miles and all seems to be well . I wouldn't be able to have done the repair but it is able to be stripped down , if it is going to be binned anyway maybe worth a look.

The guy just took the motor and old bearing to a local bearing supplier (for internal and external measurements) they managed to match it as most bearings are usually patern sizes. We used a supplier who just deals in "belts and bearings" mainly for agricultural kit.
Sorry couldn't help with a part no. everyone said it couldn't be fixed !!!

Nick.
