110 TD5 High Capacity refurb

I'm sure this is going to be the first of many questions, I have recently purchased a 2004 Hi cap pickup, intention of complete strip down and rebuild/paint to a tidy working practical pickup. Stripping it back and replacing the chassis with a galvanised one and having the bulkhead galvanised. possibly raptor coating the body work.
I am well on with the strip down, the rear cross member is not good but salvageable, however the vehicle is for keeps so I'm going to do it once and hopefully properly hence a new chassis.
I have stripped it back to the stage where I need to remove the loom from through the bulkhead, my question is is do your remove the loom from the engine side of the bulkhead and poke it into the cab or strip it from the cab into the engine side, also where the rear loom goes to the lights will it pull back through the chassis member relatively easily or is it more prudent to cut and reconnect?

if you're scrapping the chassis you can always cut some extra holes in it to help pull the loom back through if need be.

I was repairing (welding) rear parts of 130 chassis. First I have pulled the loom from chassis, to protect from heat. After repair, I have placed the loon on the top of chassis, not inside. It was much easier, and it will not restrict later cleaning of the chassis internals. "Drobek" = The Small One - Discovery 2, "Blufínek" = The Blue Thing - Defender 130, and for me at least Ford Mondeo

The loom is out , disconnect and pull through into cab. With the chassis it was pulled from the rear and out along with a couple of kilos of Somerset silt.
