Any idea where I can get this cage and tool fitting kit from? Searched the net but no joy😒

Isn't that kit for one of the more specialist military versions such as the desert patrol vehicle? If so, they're not likely to be common at all as those vehicles only exist in small numbers.

There are some similar civvy versions though. The pioneer tool fixings can be bought new from the likes of Brownchurch and I've seen a couple of different bonnet bags that might suit your needs. There's one called the Bonnet Buddy about half way down this page:

Easily fabbed using 22mm copper tube and 4 x 22mm Tees for the below supports, and a pipe bender... Thumbs Up Or a friendly plumber with an hour to spare..
