Isn't that kit for one of the more specialist military versions such as the desert patrol vehicle? If so, they're not likely to be common at all as those vehicles only exist in small numbers.
There are some similar civvy versions though. The pioneer tool fixings can be bought new from the likes of Brownchurch and I've seen a couple of different bonnet bags that might suit your needs. Easily fabbed using 22mm copper tube and 4 x 22mm Tees for the below supports, and a pipe bender... Or a friendly plumber with an hour to spare..
