This thread is great. Keep it going.
Theres only few that i would be seen wearing. Gant, Barbour or Ralph Lauren All are hard wearing and maybe a bit to trendy for some folk M&S trousers for work and Golf though |

Ok, I'll wade in, I just bought 2 new pairs from Debenhams, one pair Duffer the other pair Patrick Grant, really pleased with both and just right for the er, fuller fugure
Cant beat a £10 Tattersall shirt from the Countrywide stores! Has anyone else noticed that men's shirts now seem to be made for girls? My forearms don't fit in shirts anymore, or is that too much spinach?! The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results. I shall be checking on everyone's sartorial elegance at Billing this year!!!! The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results.

Rallymental, I couldn't agree more with stuff not fitting. Arms and sleeves are a bug bear for me too as I like to roll my sleeves up and the cut is nowadays so tight my fingers go blue for lack of blood.
I am really not the worlds strongest man, and do not eat spinach (or anabolic steroids). My arms are not big. The other moan is tee shirts that are far too short. I know, before anyone points it out that they have to stretch around my gut (the wife has a wok to iron my shirts ) but some are nice and long (and stay tucked in) and others just will not pull down enough. And also, my clothes seem to shrink in the wardrobe. I seem to buy stuff that just just gets smaller They fitted last year, they don't now |

I need to go on a bloody good diet Jay Boy
When the clothes don't fit, it's time to ease up on the lattes and crisps I don't believe anyone has mentioned Next. I have never stepped foot in the shop although we have a big one just up the road. I thought they were quite popular (considering the cars on the car park of a weekend)? Will need to go on Groupon to see if there are any liposuction deals before going in there |

Get all mine from TK Maxx. Decent brands and cheap as chips.
However, having just started going to the gym again, all the trousers I bought in the past 12 months are like jodhpurs in the thigh and loose in the waist. Only a matter of time before they rip and cause me an embarrassment when hauling myself up into the Fender. Bought a new dinner jacket a few weeks back too. In Hackett (thoroughly British one might think), every pair of dress trousers in my waist size looked like they'd been sprayed on. https://instagram.com/bentheoandrews |
