Check obvious things like clutch fluid first, how does the pedal feel?

I take it you are coming down the A7? There's a JLR Concessionaire at Valence that are very good. http://www.carbury-automobiles-valence.fr
Or give Pascal a ring at https://www.lignonautomobiles.com. 0475551414 They are Indy LR dealers just south of Valence and are very helpful. They speak perfect English too. The rest of the week is going to be sunny tell your wife (just dont mention the Mistral) |

I too used landypoint just last week for some pieces. Kind, quick and honest. If piece not on their website, consider a telephone call. I imagine they are good for advice for service areas in France.

Thank you all for your help, it is very much appreciated.
The clutch fluid is still at the max level and is the normal pale yellow colour of DOT4, the pedal does not feel different. I am pretty convinced it is either the clutch or DMF. We will be heading down the A7 so will contact carbury and lignon first thing tomorrow to see if they can help. If not I will try landypoint. Thank you all again, thanks to you the wife is still speaking to me (which, yes is a good thing before some of you ask!) Andy |
