our td5 had a different unit before we got it (brand new) the details hadn't been updated,the dealer faxed serial no to LR different code came back and it worked. 2.4 90 XS

Thats what they are doing now (doubt i see it before Monday now ) but the problem the serial numbers on the card, radio, security code card are all the same Mike |

Teh wrong code for mine was enter in by the dealers three time which locked it out , if this has happened you have to wait 24 hrs until you can try again

It is...they even read back the s/n and it was the same.
I do wonder if its me...i did follow the manual, but hey - there are errors right through that. to confirm: Position 1 = Number 1 on the pad which you press to get your number (so if you needed 3 you would hit 1 3 times to get 3 - which is displayed) you do this (2-4) for the rest When the code is in you press 5 to accept? whats the lockout time? Lock out is 24hrs

Thanks...so i could try again as this would be the 3rd time ill be locked out for 24hrs...or i could wait till monday.

I was going to say - No.
Got the SAFE on the thing I own (useful)...anyone who would nick it would be in it by now. Traceability cant ID any numbers. Ive sent some via email ended up 3 times...lets hope tomorrow ill have it working Mike |
