Hi all,
I just fitted a handsfree kit in my puma, but by disconnecting the radio I have the code warning. It's a second hand radio, with no details!! Sorry second hand defender, original radio (I hope!). Calling Land Rover, what details will they want? Will they require any documents sent to them? Anyone know the phone number? Many thanks |

I think you have to go into the dealer with your log book
In my old 2008 defender it lost the code and i got a new one under warranty Mike |

Hi,
Is there some warranty in the radio if the code don't worK? My 07 radio stopped working and the code has been verified by Land Rover. Brgds, Juha '96 300Tdi 90 '07 Puma 90 |

if you dont have warranty on the car, the radio will be dead.
Probably find a backstreet dude to hack it - but otherwise no Mike |

Same with my radio as JaffaTheNeste wrote, dealer verified the code, not working.
I entered 0000 and the radio work! This make me believe that when the code system fail, the "new" code is 0000. Brgds, Juha '96 300Tdi 90 '07 Puma 90 |
