1999 Defender 110 Td5 SW Caledonian Blue

TD5 earth points

Going to try and track down a possible faulty earth. Water in fuel light sometimes comes on bright or dim and then goes off after 30sec ish.
Looking in the Haynes book, the earth is E2 also the same earth for the interior lights which are giving grief as well.

Nice of Haynes to tell me its E2 but where is it!? 1999 Defender TD5 110

If you download the rave disc you can find all connectors and earth points. Roel

The first one I got before the link from dorsetsmith appeared to be just for the NAS spec Defender? Didnt see a mention of TD5. So now going for the dorsetsmith link 1999 Defender TD5 110

My water in fuel light used to come on. My filter didn't have the plug connected, so it was filling with mud and crud and making it flash intermittently. I cleaned it out, heatshrinked it up and it's not happened again. TD5 Defender 90
