I wish it was the gearstick. I superglued the weights in when I bought it 3 years ago. My noise is 100% transfer box related but until it starts sounding terrible ill just keep my ears open. Want an ashcroft box with hd cross pin and their extension shaft so ill do that at some point. Gearbox does feel very slick with ATF in though.

Well she's off to Devon 4x4 again on the 22nd for Ashcroft's MT82 output shaft and some poking around in the transfer case. Looking forward to it. 2009 2.4TDCi XS Utility Wagon.

D44 will sort you out, I've been very impressed.

They repaired my leaking rear diff pinion oil seal properly where a LR dealer and another indi didn't multiple times.

Hope all goes well. Thumbs Up $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R

That's good because my front diff pinion seal is leaking as well. Not sure I can afford to get them to do that. I usually do everything appart from the gear boxes. 2009 2.4TDCi XS Utility Wagon.

They did mine along with the service for about £40, im sure they'd be happy to for. Sgood price along with other work being done as it's up on the ramp anyway.

LR charged me around £140 for the same job and it leaked again a few months later. (But juts out of warranty period. Rolling Eyes ) $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R
