Buzzweld
Hi all!! Are Buzzweld products as good as facebook says they are, or is there a better way of sorting my chassis?? I really need to make a start as my cross member is starting to look a little rusty.

Thanks - Ben

I have had my chassis buzzwelded. It has been great so far Thumbs Up

That's the only image I have to hand but that is 12 months old and has seen its fair share of road salt. Plus I live within a mile of the sea Thumbs Up 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

You can't really just paint it on. You've got to have some good metal and prep it first to make any coating work. That said once you've nicely cleaned up & prepped metal, buzz weld seems like a great coating to go for.

This is Buzzweld CIO Chassis in One on cross member of galv chassis.
Galv had weathered already. Cleaned surface and applied with aerosol......in cold weather too !!
Applied in a dark barn - may give a second coat at a later date ???

Whats the best way to apply if some parts of the chassis will be hard to get at. Do you just blast everthing with the stuff hahaha I have seen people paint over fuel and break lines, is this ok.

Thanks - Ben
