I have had my chassis buzzwelded. It has been great so far
Click image to enlarge That's the only image I have to hand but that is 12 months old and has seen its fair share of road salt. You can't really just paint it on. You've got to have some good metal and prep it first to make any coating work. That said once you've nicely cleaned up & prepped metal, buzz weld seems like a great coating to go for.

This is Buzzweld CIO Chassis in One on cross member of galv chassis.
Galv had weathered already. Cleaned surface and applied with aerosol......in cold weather too !! Applied in a dark barn - may give a second coat at a later date ??? Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge |

Whats the best way to apply if some parts of the chassis will be hard to get at. Do you just blast everthing with the stuff hahaha I have seen people paint over fuel and break lines, is this ok.
Thanks - Ben |
